demam.. rumah dan barang..

Lamanya dah aku xupdate blog... kerja di sekolah dan kerja di rumah yg x abis2 membuatkan aku xcukup masa nak menulis apa2 walaupun dalam kepala ada byk cerita yg ingin dikongsi..

Aku demam... musim mungkin.. maklumla musim hujan.. bermula dengan sakit tekak.. at first aku ingatkan mesti sebab debu yg byk kat umah ( umah aku buat renovate- pasang tile di dua2 bilik di atas n toilet bawah ).. pastu ilang sakit tekak terus selsema n demam... n batuk... sampai sekarang xbaik2.. mc 2 hari dah aku.. xpela, xlama lg baikla ni kot.. senang je nak baik ni bawak je aku berjalan hilangla demam.. hehehe..

ooh lupa nak cerita.. ha'ah umah aku renovate.. bukanla tambah apa2 pun.. cuma pasang tile kat bilik n toilet... lantai lama kat bilik tu dah teruk.. parquer ( eh, betul ke eja? ) dah tercabut2.. maklumla dah lama.. + aritu tangki bocor dah macam swimming pool dah dalam bilik tu.. abisla kembang n rosak lantai.. so dah sampai masala nak kena tukar ni... bilik air tu pulak lama dah.. tiling asal aku tukar dgn tile baru.. toilet cangkung tukar dgn toilet duduk n ubah susunan dalam toilet.. okla.. bila dah siap aku puas hati dgn kerja kontraktor tu.. tp habis berdebu satu umah sebab dia ada hacking simen.. ish, mmg susahla buat renovation time dah pindah.. satu umah nak kena cuci.. semua perabot nak kena bersihkan.. seminggu aku n zam tido umah kak ipah ( my sis in law ) nasibla umah dia dekat.. tu pun sbbkan traffic jammed lmbt juga aku sampai skola 2-3 hari tu.. hehee sori bos!

hmm... bila mengemas ternyata memangla byk barang2 kat rumah aku.. terutama sekali baju.. nak buat camner.. baju aku yg form 5 punya baju pun aku muat lg so semua elok je tersimpan... tp disebabkan ruang yg terhad n memang ada antara baju tu dah out of date.. n jarang aku pakai.. maka aku kumpulkan gak baju2 yg aku xmo.. adala 5 beg besar baju aku, 2 baju besar baju zam.. bagi kat anak2 yatim... alhamdulillah, dapatla gak buat amal x... selain baju.. carpet2 juga aku bg pd org indonesia yg buat umah aku tu.. 2 tea set, 1 set glass, 1 set punch bowl.. hmm.. tu semua benda yg aku simpan je xpakai2 sbb dah ada.. bg je la.. lg apa ya yg aku bg.. haa.. ada anak dara skola aku min nama dia.. dia suka masak.. so aku bg dia periuk nasi, toaster n lesung batu.. lesung tu besar sangat.. hadiah kawin tu.. shah yg bg.. (sorila ye syah.. lesung tu xpadan dgn aniela.. nak angkat pun anie xkuat.. apapun terima kasih)min suka.. dia kata boleh buat somtam.. mudah2an.. adala somtam tu sampai kat umah aku ni nnt.. hehehe ni ada byk lg pasu2 bunga yg nak diagih2kan.. sape2 yg terbaca blog ni n rasa berkenan nak pasu.. contact2la aku ya.. hehehe

hmm.. apa lagi nak citer ya... macam lapar lak.. so aku stop dulu.. isi perut jap.. yup its nearly 130am.. but dah lapar, mkn je la... ;-)

RaTtaTouiLLe PasTa

Rattatouille Pasta


eh no hal...sonang jek...tgk citer rattatouille cari ar resepi kt situ...ha3....
ala...vege semua...
terung sebatang @ 2 ,
zucchin 2 btg,
buah tomato dlm 5 biji,
capsicum( merah,ijau,kuning),
bwg besar(klu besar sebiji sdg 2 biji)...

semua potong dadu size sdrhana...gaulkan dengan minyak zaitun dlm 2-3 sudu bsr,garam secukup rasa n black pepper ... Read Moresket...(bahan2 leh tambah bergantung pd bape bnyk nk mkn)...
letak semua bhn dlm bekas pembakar tabur rata2...bakar dlm oven dlm 200c 30min...

dh msk gaulkan dgn pasta pape lah yg korang suka...ltk basil @ oregano sket...so make sure pasta tu rebus jgn tak rebus...

UdaNg gOreng Bercili aLa minang

Udang Goreng Bercili Ala Minang


UDANG GORENG BERCILI ALA MINANG

Bahan-bahan:-

1/2 kilo udang besar
1 labu bawang besar } dihiris
minyak untuk mengoreng
garam secukup rasa
sedikit serbuk kunyit
7 biji cili merah }
1 biji tomato merah } dikisar
3 ulas bawang merah }
gula


Cara membuat:-
Udang dibersihkan, kemudian dilumurkan dengan sedikit garam dan serbuk kunyit lalu digoreng hingga masak, angkat .
Dengan menggunakan minyak yang telah digoreng udang tadi , tumiskan bawang besar kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan kisar. Goreng hingga garing dan pecah minyak dengan api yg perlahan.
Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Jika ingin masakan ini masam sedikit bolehlah di masukkan sedikit air limau nipis.
Akhir sekali masukkan udang goreng, balik-balikkan biar sebati dan bolehlah diangkat.

Ikan Asam Pedas Kering Atau Ikan Ampap

Bahan-Bahan: 1,000 gm ikan tenggiri
100 gm bawang merah
30 gm bawang putih
30 gm halia
30 gm kunyit hidup
150 gm cili boh
10 biji asam akob-akob (boleh juga digantikan dengan asam keping atau asam jawa secukup rasa)
5 batang serai
Garam dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa


Cara: Bersihkan ikan dan potong setebal 2 hingga 3 inci. Bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, kunyit hidup dan cili boh digiling halus. Masukkan bahan giling, cili boh, serai, air asam jawa dan bahan perasa ke dalam kuali. Gaul hingga sebati. Masukkan ikan dan masak sehingga mendidih. Kecilkan api dan rendidihkan sehingga pekat. Sedap dimakan setelah disimpan semalaman dan dimakan bersama jeruk bambangan.

Bahan-Bahan: ½kg Ikan kembung (bersaiz kecil)
2 inci halia (tumbuk)
1 ½ kunyit (tumbuk)
4 biji lada padi (tumbuk)
5 sudu makan cili boh
1 ½ cawan air asam jawa
garam
ajinomoto
1 cawan air


Cara: Masukkan semua bahan tumbuk dan cili boh ke dalam periuk. Tuangkan air asam jawa,air dan kacau. Masukkan ikan dan didihkan. Masukkan perasa secukupnya. Tunggu hingga kuah pekat sedikit dan hidangkan.

Cadangan Hidangan: Sesuai untuk lauk tengahari dan malam.

Tambahan: Tahan lama kalau selalu dipanaskan.
Kalau kuah sudah kering manakala lauk masih ada, tambah sedikit air dan didihkan selagi lauk belum basi.

Got this from my fren, she made it very delicious that I had to ask for the recipe!

250g Butter
250g Chocolate - (double boiled)
3 tbsp condensed milk
6 tbsp Milo
2 Large eggs (Grade A)
Biskut Marie

Double boil Chocolate first then add butter, 3tbsp condensed milk and 6tbsp of Milo. Mix altogether.

Add 2 Large eggs.

Put the mixture as a base in a tuppware, then crunched Biskut Marie and press hard to fit into the mixture. Repeat until done.

Ingredients:

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pound pasta, such as spaghetti or rigatoni
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
1/4 pound pancetta (Italian bacon), chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine (I used sparkling grape)
2 large egg yolks
Freshly grated Romano cheese
Handful of finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

Directions:

1. Put a large saucepot of water on to boil. Add a liberal amount of salt and the pasta. Cook to al dente, about 8 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and pancetta. Brown pancetta 2 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and garlic and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Add wine and stir up all the pan drippings.

3. In a separate bowl, beat yolks, then add 1 large ladleful (about 1/2 cup) of the pasta cooking water. This tempers the eggs and keeps them from scrambling when added to the pasta.

4. Drain pasta well and add it directly to the skillet with pancetta and oil. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Toss rapidly to coat the pasta without cooking the egg. Remove pan from heat and add a big handful of cheese, lots of pepper, and a little salt. Continue to toss and turn the pasta until it soaks up egg mixture and thickens, 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and extra grated Romano.

Ingredients

500 ml fresh milk / evaporated milk
8 pieces of bread
4 tbsp castor sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence / flavour
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp choc chips

Spread the bread with butter and jam (optional) and soak with milk.

Sprinkle the choc chips evenly.

Heat butter for 30 seconds, add castor sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and corn flour.

Pour on the bread and bake at 180'C for 30 mins.

Serve...
